With two steps of the médina, but in the kasbah, the oldest historic site of the city. Perched the top of its 300 years, the dâr Sultan, notched of all its terraces dominates the kasbah and the sea.

This charming house of Hosts or house of Charm, is in the purest french-Morrocan style. Restored with passion by of Mâalems of Fes for the zelliges or of Marrakech for the bejmats, it presents a superb decoration of old objects and fountains clouded at Tétouan, in Rif and all over the world. Much originality in its patio, its living rooms with chimneys and its library. its three levels give on the interior court where it is good to dream, to divide into sheets a book on Tangier or to drink a cup of tea.

Luxuriant greenery of its shaded terraces to the tent caïdale, all encourages to walk its glance towards the so close Spanish coasts and on Tangier the White one, “turtle-dove posed on the shoulder of Africa”, as said Henry de Montherlant.

COMPOSITION:

The house is made up of 7 rooms, Traditional patio with fountain, zelliges and bejmats in the style of the old Moroccan houses.
The rooms on the floors give on the patio. A terrace, partly covered, open on the roofs of the Kasbah. One discovers the mini-continuation “Charf” which dominates the Kasbah,
Médina and the bay of Tangier, faced to Spain.

All the rooms are different, with a particular charm, carrying each one the name of a district of Tangier. Some are air-conditioned, all have of a complete bathroom and a corner refined living room. Double-bedded rooms and a continuation with privative terrace are at your disposal.
