Rent-Morocco.COM is a platform of advertisements of hiring published by Eco-Prospectus limited liability company, registered with the register of trade of Bobigny under the number 482.445.640 00014 and whose registered office is with 23 rue Roger Salengro 93430 Villetaneuse France.
 
Rent-Morocco.COM does not intervene to in no case at the time of the search for a hiring nor in the transaction. Rent-Morocco.COM has for only function to diffuse on its site, a choice of advertisements of holidays hirings in Morocco.

Article 2:

The ADVERTISER authorizes Rent-Morocco.com and its partners to diffuse his advertisement in its entirety (texts + photographs) on all supports, in particular for their own promotion and this during all the contractual duration according to the formula of selected publication. The ADVERTISER certifies being owner of the royalties on the photographs which it provides and it certifies that those represent the good in hiring accurately. Rent-Morocco.com will not be able to in no case to be held for person in charge for the contents or the absence of information of the advertisements diffused on its site, those being exclusively written by the owners themselves and Rent-Morocco.com just as they are diffuses them without modifying them.

Article 3:

In the event of complaint due to error in the seizure of an advertisement, the responsibility for Rent-Morocco.com could not be committed beyond the amount of the price of the advertisement paid by the ADVERTISER. The advertisement famous will be well written if the ADVERTISER did not appear at Rent-Morocco.com, 3 days after the beginning of the diffusion of its advertisement.

Article 4:

The ADVERTISER authorizes Rent-Morocco.com required its co-ordinates to any person wishing to contact him for a hiring and will treat as good seems to him with the holiday maker of his choice without the intermediary of Rent-Morocco.Com. It guarantees the exactitude of its identity as well as provided descriptions and is committed providing to Rent-Morocco.com a planning of the progressively rented periods with their reservation. 

Article 5:

The ADVERTISER states to endorse all the civil and penal liabilities which would be the consequences of a hiring and will have to only answer of any action at law likely to emanate as well from the thirds as of the authorities. The ADVERTISER discharges the support, controls and the companies which took part in the publication of the advertisement, of all responsibilities and as a need, will raise and guarantee of all the judgments which could be marked against them.

Article 6:

Rent-Morocco.com reserves the right to refuse any publication, even paid, with the help of restitution of the price, without having to give the reasons of them.
Rent-Morocco.com or one of its agents reserves the right to refuse any advertisement which would seem to him contrary with the moralities, in infringement with the legislation, likely to shock, to disturb, readers, in abusive or defamatory matter or which would be reproduced on the lists of nonregular advertisements.

Article 7:

The advertisements comprising of the anomalies being essential or the defect of publication could not be the object one to have materialized by additional advertisements, or a prolongation of the period of publication. No complaint on the publication or an advertisement will be accepted passed deadline a 7 working days and not accompanied by the summary of the formula or advertisement diffused.

Article 8:

Any payment is carried out with the order of ECO-PROSPECTUS, the cash as of the subscription of a formula of publication and according to the selected mode of payment. However, the advertisement will be diffused only after reception and cashing of the amount due.
